Do I need a new HighLevel account?
No. Everything is set up and built inside the HighLevel account you already have.
Which package is right for me?
That's what the call is for. We'll look at how your leads come in and where they're getting lost, then tell you honestly which option makes sense, if any.
Are WhatsApp message costs included?
No. Meta charges for WhatsApp messages and those costs are yours, separate to your package. We'll explain exactly how it works on the call.
Do the 12-month packages renew automatically?
No. Your agreement runs for 12 months from onboarding. Renewing is your choice, and renewals never cost more than your first year unless you choose to upgrade.
