Help with the WhatsApp Stats app for HighLevel: setting it up, reading your numbers, and fixing anything that doesn't look right. Most questions are answered below. If yours isn't, message us and a real person will reply.
Install WhatsApp Stats from the HighLevel App Marketplace into the sub-account you want stats for, and approve the access it asks for.
Once it's installed, WhatsApp Stats appears in that sub-account's left-hand menu. Click it to open your dashboard.
Choose 7, 30 or 90 days, or a custom range. The dashboard compares it with the period before.
Check these first:
Still empty? WhatsApp us with the account name and we'll take a look.
Both are out of the messages that were delivered. Read rate is the share of delivered messages that were read. A reply counts as a read too, because someone can't reply without seeing it. Reply rate is the share of delivered messages that got a reply. So your read rate will always be equal to or higher than your reply rate.
Other reports may count every message sent, include other channels, or use a different date range or time zone. WhatsApp Stats only counts WhatsApp messages, measured against delivered messages, for the exact range you choose. Numbers can also take a short while to update after new messages come in.
No. It has read-only access. It reads your WhatsApp messages to work out totals and percentages, and it can't send messages, edit contacts or change any settings.
Totals and percentages: read and reply rates, the lead journey, best times to message, speed to lead, top messages and buttons, and failed message reasons. It doesn't list your contacts' names or phone numbers.
The "Why messages failed" panel shows the reasons. The most common is sending outside the 24-hour window. In that case, use an approved WhatsApp template for that step instead of a normal message. Other reasons include numbers that aren't on WhatsApp, and contacts who have blocked or opted out.
Uninstall it from the HighLevel App Marketplace in that sub-account. It disappears from the sidebar straight away.
